Personal Training Bio & Education

I have been involved in the health and fitness “world” for over 20 years.  Practicing and eventually teaching Tae-Kwon-Do, performing strength feats and public speaking throughout the south west US, running in the Nike 26.2 marathon, assisting in surf lessons in Hawaii and much more.  I studied at San Francisco State University & I am a certified personal trainer with an extensive amount of of experience training and/or training with professional and amateur bodybuilders/athletes, college athletes, Olympic contenders, stay at home moms/dads, students(of all ages), actors, business professionals and much more.

I realize that no ONE program works for everyone.  Each person is made differently with different genetic capabilities, goals and limitations.  Therefore, I custom tailor every personal training program specifically to meet each persons needs and assist them in reaching their health, fitness/athletic and physique goals.  So if you are ready for a challenge and positive change, you have come to the right place!

Education:

  • San Francisco State University
  • A.F.A.A. Certified Personal Trainer
  • XT(explosive training) certified.  This is geared towards training athletes. (Think crossfit)
  • Tea-Kwon-Do instructor – practiced, instructed & competed(undefeated)
  • CPR/FIRST AID/AED certified
  • TRX Suspension Training Certified
  • Yoga Certified

  • Certified PADI diver – just had to throw this in cause I LOVE diving!!!
