*For safety & practical reasons, online personal training sessions are recommend for experienced exercisers only.  You need to know proper form, exercises by name, etc.   Unlike one on one sessions, I will not be able to watch & guide you through the proper form and detailed motion of the exercises.  What WILL be provided is exercise name/reps/sets.  IF it is an exercise I “made up” or may use a different name for, I WILL explain it. 😀

Each yoga session is tailored to suit you goals and experience level.  Sessions last anywhere between 40-60 minutes.

Location is determined by us in a suitable and safe place(studio, your home, etc)
