Research shows that it takes on AVERAGE about 66 days to form a habit. That being said, I’m starting a workout challenge to get us ALL in the habit or BACK in the habit of exercising.
For some, forming habits was as quick as 18 days but others took much, MUCH longer for new actions to become second nature.
If we all start TODAY, we will be on the right track and making LOTS of progress by march 12th!!!! That’s SO early in the year! Imagine all the progress that can be made before spring even hits?!?!
